RETURNS FOR ONLINE HOME DELIVERY ORDERS  

All claims of mis-shipments or damaged products during shipping must be made within 24 hours of delivery receipt.

Iron Will Raw is committed to ensuring our customers are happy with their purchases. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration individual circumstances. We reserve the right to deny a refund. Our Satisfaction Guarantee allows refunds to be considered within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is not more than 50% consumed.   • Order Number
  • Full name & contact information
  • Date of purchase
  • Product(s) you are requesting to return and reason
  • Best Before Date of the product(s)

Please allow 1-2 business days for a response to your return request.

RETURNS FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES / ORDERS 

For Iron Will Raw products purchased at a retail location, returns must be processed directly through the store where the product was bought. These returns are subject to our Satisfaction Guarantee, as well as any return policies enforced by the individual retail store.

Please note that some retailers may not accept returns of raw pet food due to safe food handling practices, and we fully support these policies in alignment with Iron Will Raw's own Safe Food Handling procedures. We recommend checking with the retailer regarding their return policy before purchasing Iron Will Raw products.

SALES AND PROMOTIONS

Please note that purchases made during a sale are while supplies last. Your purchase does not guarantee delivery or fulfillment of the item. No rainchecks will be issued.

IMPORTANT 

  • Iron Will Raw will not accept returns, issue credits, or provide refunds for products that have been altered or mishandled.
  • Products being returned must not be more than 50% consumed.
  • Gift cards and coupons are non-refundable and have no cash value.
  • Iron Will Raw reserves the right to issue partial refunds at its discretion.
  • If a return requires pickup, a $20.00 delivery surcharge may apply. However, if the return is scheduled for pickup with a new order, the surcharge may be waived.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply, which will be confirmed during the return process.
  • Refunds are processed once the returned product is received, and they will be issued to the original payment method, less any discounts applied at the time of purchase.

RETURNS FOR ANIMAL AND/OR HUMAN ILLNESS CLAIMS

For returns due to claims of animal or human illness, a thorough investigation will be conducted in accordance with Iron Will Raw’s Safe Food Handling procedures. In such cases, we will require the Best Before Date of the product, photos of the pouch (top & bottom), a photo of the product inside the pouch, details on how the product was thawed, and may request the product itself for further examination. Iron Will Raw will provide additional instructions for these returns.
