Reporting to the President & CEO, the Operations Manager is responsible for taking a lead role in all aspects of our raw pet food production to help facilitate the growth, efficiency, and effectiveness of both day-to-day and long-term operations at Iron Will Raw. As a forward-thinking team member, the Operations Manager must effectively plan, organize, execute, and oversee the procurement, production, warehousing, and distribution of Iron Will Raw products while ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in accordance with HACCP/SQF Certification standards. The Operations Manager will ensure raw materials, packaging and staffing are planned and organized in a way that promotes a lean manufacturing process while utilizing the Six Sigma methodology. As a key member of the management team, the Operations Manager will offer innovative and well-thought-out solutions to help drive company strategy and improve process efficiencies.
